Shareholders’ meeting of Klakki ehf.

A shareholders’ meeting of Klakki ehf., reg. no. 610601-2350, will be held on 26 April 2019 at Smáratorg 3 (9th floor), starting at 10:00. The meeting is continuance of a shareholders’ meeting originally called for on 11 March 2019, where it was resolved to postpone the meeting until 25 March 2019, where it was again resolved to postpone the meeting until 26 April 2019.

One week prior to the shareholders’ meeting, the agenda and final proposals will be available for review by shareholders in accordance with paragraph 4 of article 63 of the Act respecting Private Limited Companies.

Documents will be available at the meeting.

The meeting will be conducted in English.
